Blue Ridge’s mission is to provide superior customer service by delivering quality cleaning services in a safe and efficient manner, while protecting the environment around us. We strive to develop a lasting relationship with our customers by offering exceptional customer service, high standards of cleanliness, and a commitment to protecting the natural environment. We work hard to maintain the highest quality cleaning services, Integrity, & professionalism while still offering competitive pricing.
Core Values
Integrity is defined as doing what is right when no one is looking. There is a reason that this core value is first and we take it very seriously. Without integrity, we cannot effectively meet our clients’ needs. Without integrity, we cannot develop relationships with our clients or with our employees.
By definition, excellence is “the quality of being outstanding or extremely good.” So, what does this look like in practice? Much of it is very basic and should be a given for any company. We show up on time. We do what we say we will do. We work hard and complete our job fully and to the best of our ability every time. We don’t cut corners or skip work. After meeting these basic requirements, we are then able to go above and beyond to exceed our clients’ expectations.
